Colin brings experience leading interdisciplinary teams at SpaceX responsible for propulsion components on the first commercial manned spacecraft, and power systems for space. Prior to SpaceX, he helped scale OpenROV from garage to one of the world’s largest underwater robotics manufacturers.

Molly brings experience scaling energy products from prototype to global field deployment. As a former Energy Product Lead at Tesla, she led initiatives across industrial and residential energy products including industrial batteries, Superchargers, and home energy.

Davey is a nine-year veteran of SpaceX, where he designed and developed valves and fluid systems. He's experienced in developing solutions for mission- and life-critical systems in challenging conditions, including cryogenics, caustics, and combustible fluids.

James brings 9 years of experience at SpaceX designing and operating test stands for rocket engines, high pressure spacecraft valves, and mechanical structures. As a former Lead Test Engineer, he’s experienced in building safety critical test systems for high pressure gas and fluids.

Harry brings experience qualifying and productionizing high-volume electromechanical propulsion components at SpaceX. He is experienced in manufacturing process development and scale-up for new product introduction.

Grace joins Hgen from the Boettcher Lab, where she developed advanced non-PGM OER catalysts for improved device performance. Her findings have become the gold-standard for AEM operation in the field.
